I can't wait to see the new look Heat. Probably won't do too much this year, but we will see. They have a decent chance to win their division, though I bet the Wizards will be pretty good this year.

Well looks like Julius Randle will be out for a while. Pretty random injury too, they had to put a cast on him and get him out on a stretcher.

Reports saying he broke his leg

That was a great game to see from the Cavs after the debacle that was their opener, though they still have a ways to go in terms of chemistry as shown whenever Kevin Love did anything besides shoot or post up after passes from Kyrie or Lebron. Lebron has to be on every game until the chemistry is there.

I hope we don't see the Navy, Wine, and Gold jerseys very often because they look really bad. Leave the Navy thing back with the pre-Decision Cavs and embrace the Wine and Gold.

Anthony Davis is the best player in the NBA. Unfortunately, outside of him, Asik, and Ryan Anderson, the Pelicans roster is a collection of fecal matter and hot garbage.

Wow a rough week so far for the Heat. A 35 point swing to a terrible Milwaukee Bucks team. With all these huge double digit loses lately, I wonder if Spo's job is safe.

I mean he isn't the only person to blame, but he should be held partially accountable for not preparing his team.

NBA refs are the worst. That play is so ridiculous that it's hilarious.

I hate seeing B Wright go. I doubt he comes back next year, but I would love to see it.

I hope the Rondo trade works out. Hoping a lot of his sub par play lately was him protecting himself for free agency while playing on a bad team.

Man, the West is stronger this year. Grizzlies, Warriors, Rockets and Mavs really have a chance. Still, I think if my boys Parker and Kawhi stay healthy, the Spurs gonna win it all, yet again.

I guess the Cavs pulled Waiters out of the game tonight and have a trade worked out for him, probably for a center.

edit: Or maybe not a center. It's supposedly a 3 way deal between OKC, Cleveland, and New York. The Cavs get JR Smith and Iman Shumpert.

The Cavs are reportedly giving up two 1st round picks to get Mozgov from Denver. They really are mortgaging their future to chase a ring this year.

Who would have thought Atlanta would be the best team in the East in January? My Bulls have been playing lights out lately hopefully we can keep on cruising.

Their offense is pretty awesome. Everyone on the floor can shoot and score, they're all smart with the ball, and their starting wings are great 3 point shooters. Schroder is continuing to develop and might be a good PG by the start of next season, as well.

Jettisoning Lou Williams and replacing him with Sefolosha has also helped their wing defense greatly.

This is insane for just one quarter. It's Reggie Miller-esque.

I'm surprised that nobody has mentioned that the Atlanta Hawks have had the best month of basketball ever. Even Miami didn't go 17-0 in a month, during their 27 game winning streak.

Mike Budenholzer deserves to win the coach of the year award, I don't think many people thought the Atlanta Hawks would have 40 wins before the All-Star break.

Also, Hassan Whiteside has been a beast lately, he looks like a mixture of a young Shaq and Alonzo Mourning. It's still pretty early on, but the kid has a lot of potential. I think he will make Miami a tough out in the first round of the playoffs.

I wonder who is going to get Larry Sanders. I wish Dallas had a shot at signing him as a reclamation project. If he gets the right coach and situation there is a chance he could come back and be an impactful center.

Larry would be a beast but I don't know if he would make an impact this season or get much PT behind Chandler. Maybe for next year. Not sure I feel about Amare either, but we've had luck with washed up former Suns so maybe he will help us get over the bump. All the excitement from the Rondo trade is almost gone now.

The more bench help they get the better the Rondo trade will look.

Dragic to the Heat for Hamilton, Williams, Cole, Granger and two first round picks.

Looks like we are planning to make a run at the championship next year instead of waiting until 2016. Pat Riley should be given a ton of credit, because that trade was a steal for us, since we got to keep Luol and McRoberts.  :D/

A lot of teams made some interesting moves. Wow, what a crazy trade deadline!

My aunt, uncle, and cousin with Roy Hibbert. This is on NBA.com! They won the "Rookies of the Year" award for the "Area 55" fan section:

Haha. Old news but I thought it was funny that Durant tried to be a tough guy for a week then apologized. Ain't even that baddest dude on his own team.

Anyways, lots of tanking going on but the Lakers looking good holding on to that top five pick so far.
