Titanfall for 10$ on Amazon (PC only)

Not bad. Less than it was at the Mexican Origin store last sale (I think I spent around $20 for the game and all DLC). $20 is the base price now at Origin, though, so I'm sure sales will be fairly common.

If you're interested in the game check it out. Also, if anyone does end up buying it, please post your thoughts of the game and how the servers, player count per server on average, and how long the load times are. so that others may get a honest/recent opinion about it. Thanks

I haven't played it since it first came out. Won it in a contest from EA on release-date.

Only played it for a few hours - and was then bored stiff.

While the game itself is A LOT of fun, the feeling won't last. The base-game severely lacks maps, content, and game-modes.

I wanted to buy this, but you can't use it on Steam. That's the only service I wanna use with PC games, don't feel like installing others... am I wrong for this?

No you're not wrong, you're just going to deprive yourself of some awesome games and deals. I would have liked to stay on one service but I decided to rip the bandaid off for the above reasons. At least there are tons of games out there on Steam you can keep yourself busy with and probably won't mind.

Origins "On the House" offers.  It usually pops up when you launch the client.  So far I personally have gotten;

Battlefield 3, Dead Space, Plants vs Zombies, Peggle, Wing Command 3, Crusader, Bejewelled 3, Sims 2 complete, Dragon Age Origins, Peggle.

Full games, permanent.  They also do free times trials, not as nice as Steams free weekends but not bad.

I'm thinking about picking up an Xbox one. Anyone have a sense how that version compares to the pc version? Thanks

Currently, the Season Pass is $17.50 on Origin. Spend $10 for the base game on Amazon for your Origin game code, $17.50 for the SP...$27.50 vs $32 through Origin for both.

Installing or using Origin can lead to death, you should stay away from it but I don't see that's happening so go and buy the game. :)

I've played both. Just picked it up for Xbox one off amazon for $23 used and grabbed the season pass for $6.25 with the live discount. Though it's technically an inferior version graphically, I don't notice much of a difference other than some occasional frame rate drop or screen tearing (it's pretty rare though). I prefer using a controller and more of my friends have xbox ones with live than gaming PCs, so that's more worth it to me.

Has the online picked up?  Last time I checked, which is when they had the free 24hr demo, the online community was dead.

I caved in and bought this. There were over 500 people in the deathmatch mode.

This game is crazy! I have to say I actually enjoyed it. Getting ejected from the Titan had me excited.

Are you glad you stopped being a Steam only fanboy and bought a fun game for cheap, yo?

Wow, these aren't old games, these are actual real games. This is wild.
Your definition of old is questionable at best. Dead Space? PvZ? Battlefield 3? Dragon Age 1? These games are ancient.

And since when are old games not "actual real games"?
