Worked for me, thanks OP! The site makes it sound like it is for Canada but I have a US 3DS and it worked so it's probably for the North America eShop or something.

I guessing for resellers.

Anyways the code worked, but I have no clue if I'll get the game anytime soon. I got my free copy of Pokemon x/y from the last nintendo registration deal and have not touched it yet.
