Went to my local Pharmaprix today, and found Kirby Triple Deluxe and A Link Between Worlds for $19.99 each. 

Not sure if it's like this at every single one, so YMMV.

I didn't know this, thanks for the info. The one in my area didn't have most of the games you listed, which is why I had no idea.

There's also Donkey Kong Country Returns for Wii marked at $19.99 as well. Not sure if it's been that low yet though.

I picked up the last copy of Kirby Triple Deluxe at a Shopper's in Langley, BC last night. The price wasn't marked down, but I asked a clerk to double-check it for me, and it rang up as $19.99.

Just picked up Kinect Sports Rivals at $19.99... my kid was harassing me for it and I didn't want to pay $50...

Also picked up the Wireless Speed Wheel for XB360 at $19.99... i kinda wanted a wheel-like controller without a beefy pedestal... works for me :)

I also saw PvZ Garden Warfare for XBONE at $19.99 if anyone's interested.

 
Wasn't advertised that i saw.  I saw it on RFD this morning.

Went to my local SDM and picked up Diablo III Ultimate (PS4), Infamous Second Son (PS4), and Legend of Zelda A link between worlds (3DS).  All $19.99, though Zelda wasn't advertised at that price.

I tried to also pick up The Last of Us Remastered, but when I took the case to the register, there was none left behind the counter.  Was contemplating Watch Dogs, but decided I didn't need it at the moment.

Damn. The two Pharmaprix downtown Montreal don't have shit for games. I'd really like Kirby and Diablo 3 Ultimate on PS3 (is that also 20$? wow) but all we have is a bargain bin shovelware bucket.

 
I can confirm that here in Ontario it's on.  It's labelled as Clearance on Xbox One and PS4 games ONLY here though.  Try scanning some Nintendo items and Xbox 360 items without any luck.

It's only Ps4 and Xbox One copies that are being sold for $20. Btw, Van Horn has a Pharmaprix near the Metro, that sells games. Try your luck there.

I believe their sales on these games were until February of next year when I read the tag underneath. Not sure if any retailers will price match during Black Friday though.

 
Well, it's a normal weekly advertisement unrelated to Black Friday. It's valid for 7 days. Heck, the flyer isn't even valid on Black Friday. It's between the 29th and 5th.
