So I just recruited Tiki and I'd like to use her but I know she only has ten levels until she caps and then I'd have to reclass her. Panne has a similar problem: she's one level shy of thirty and if I switch her over now she'll have to grind all the way up from fucking bronze weapons and that is just the worst (and also she'd lose access to beastkiller which is basically why I've been using her and was a big part of how I even beat the Tiki paralogue).
