There are left wing racists out there as well.  Your party affiliation does not exempt you from having stupid opinions or beliefs.

That being said good for Obama for pushing for cops to wear cameras.

This is what makes me sick and why i will never give  habitat for humanity another penny.  They are building this housing  for low income people and giving them the houses (what i dont have any problem with)  Well on tv the other week they showed the first family moving into the house.

Dude does not work and he was living in his mothers basement with his girlfriend and her child.  They cant support themself but guess what   SHE HAS ANOTHER ONE ON THE WAY.   Here comes the best part.  He gets on tv and goes  "im so glad to get out of the basement and now we have a house we   NOW HAVE ROOM TO GROW AND HAVE MORE CHILDREN

They cant afford the one they have now, they cant affored to have the one that is coming BUT THEY ADMIT THEY WILL KEEP HAVING THEM

That is a statement that goes both ways though slidecage.  There are just as many white trash members of society that do the exact same thing (continue having children when they cannot afford to live as it is).  There are rich any color people that buy homes, cars, tvs, motorcycles, boats, etc that can't afford it and get foreclosed on/repossessed/etc.  It isn't just one group that lives far beyond their means.

There are very easy ways to immediately pay for these things.  Such as not having our defense spending at nearly 20% of the entire federal budget.

called them minorities cause about the last 4 or 5 times i seen the white trash members on tv they are calling themself that as well. Not sure why they think they are in that same group but if they want to call themself that so be it.

Dont even get me started on the home thing cause that was nothing but a joke. If minorities could not afford a house and was refused a loan they would scream it was against the law, Now when they cant afford the house they said the banks took advantage of them knowing they could not afford it and FORCED THE LOAN ON THEM.....whatever.

As for slidecage's question...the term "minority" is defined as "the smaller number or part, especially a number that is less than half the whole number". So, depending on what statistical group you're measuring, lots of people can be "minorities"

So, in that respect, people on wellfare would be "minorities". It's incredibly dumb all the way around and labels never really do anything to benefit anybody. But I would imagine that's the context the term is being used in.

 
Body cameras are great because it's going to vindicate a lot of cops and a lot of so-called racists.

I like the idea of police cams, but I'm curious what kinds of rules can be developed around them. Seems like there could be some major privacy issues around them.
 
Those camera better also be able to record audio otherwise its a useless gesture, meant to change nothing

On a side note its a farking shame as a nation we arrest protestors for protesting against the same people who commit so much abuse.  No one would be protesting if the gov't isn't such a fark-up and so crooked.

So we make people angry they want change and then turn around and arrest them for demanding it...  Give them a criminal record since the conviction don't make a difference btw protesting to non-protesting offense since they are all lumped into one formal charge.

If our founding fathers were still alive today they would have a criminal record a mile long !!!!   How sad of a nation we have become

No country in the history of the world has amassed this much debt and survived.

The new American Dream is hand outs and freebies.

I'm all for helping a person when their down, but this shit is out of hand. We just keep feeding more and more money towards broken systems. All it does is amass a legion of voters that will never do this country right.

Instead of actual following the law you know, like conviction first before judgement, you convict someone before they even had their day in court.  But I guess they will never get to prove anything cause the police MURDER them before they are convicted.   If someone hasn't been convicted of anything doesn't that make them innocent?

I don't know if you have been attention to the news but one of the most vocal critics at the moment is Rand Paul, a republican. Prominent democrats have been rather quite.

On the other hand, I don't doubt that there are really people out there that want a 2nd civil war or that support torture because who cares anyway they look different than us.

Police cams probably won't change a lot of things. Brutality and corruption amongst the police have ALWAYS been around, it's just we live in an age now where everyone and everything has access to a camera or some sort of device that can record things so many are seeing things for the first time. Also, the public is not afraid of them like they were 30 years ago. Police have proven time after time they will do whatever they want despite the rules as most of the time they walk away from their crimes due to the state covering their asses. Like another person said too if the things don't collect audio they will be even more useless.

 
I think I know the easiest way to avoid this kind of thing.

I know that I just made every Liberal mad, because it's hard for people to do the right thing, like get a job, work, support themselves, and not break the goddamn law. Somehow it is Bush's fault that people go to jail for stuff like murder, rape, robbing banks, etc. No one is allowed to take responsibility for their own actions.

Body cams won't do anything after the fact.  Meaning the brain-washed, scared racist sheep will still acquit the police every chance they get (I mean we had video of Eric Garner getting murdered and that didn't help).  What body cams will hopefully do is make these idiots think twice before murdering civilians and made reduce the rate of unnecessary police shootings/abuse of power.

As for all the racist welfare talk, "majorities" receive millions in welfare too through farm subsidies, corporate tax breaks, etc.
