What is the PS4 bundle/deal right now?

Hi - 

I know about the amazing BF deals that were out, but now my family has decided to get my brother a PS4 for Christmas. I've been put in charge with finding the best deal because they know I know video games. 

ANY WHO. 

Looking for a new PS4, ideally with GTA5 at $399. A no tax seller would be a bonus. 

Saw Cheapy D post such deal on front page, but the deal is no longer valid. 

What's out there? 

I saw that Walmart has where you get one game free with purchase of the PS4.  Im sure they have five to choose from.

I just saw Amazon has that same deal
