Nes remix advice

I've been wanting to get this since the game launched in stores recently. I'm getting the wii u version, but with the best buy sale coming up. What's everyone's opinion on the 3ds version ? I hear mixed reviews, some say it's an awesome portable version. Others say it is a stripped down version of the wii u. Figured it would be a better deal to grab it sale next week with a second game, but not if it is not a complete game like the other versions are.

I have not played either version, but I would be shocked if the 3DS version did not offer some touch screen addition or something useful for the 2nd screen appearance. I don't see Nintendo being slouch and not adding some new tweek to the portable version, then again I could be completely wrong as I've not read or watched any reviews on it (yet).

With the 3D turned you would think graphics wise the game should look pretty slick.

If no one else replies you could always pull up some game play videos on YouTube etc to see the differences for yourself.
