Alien Anthology and Prometheus Bundle $19.98!

Bought this bundle and Walking Dead Season 4 for delivery by Christmas...for me. If anyone thought the barebones movie set for $17 was good...for $3 more, get the fuckingest-ton of extras for the movies, a prettier and thicker case for it all, and a decent 'prequel' out of it.

 
This seems like an awesome deal for the Alien Anthology, just be aware of that shitty cardboard packaging.  Not as bad as the Indiana Jones or Diehard collections, but still pretty bad, I did have to exchange it once as Aliens arrived with an unplayable disc.  You can tell the packaging really was shat out as quick as possible since one of the pictures is upside down  :???:

And Prometheus really should be in 3D, I can't go back to the 2D version now lol

Dude, I spent $25 on Saturday to get the Alien Anthology for the extras and pretty case over the barebones $17 item. This was a no brainer after I returned the other.

Just cave in! I bought it almost instantly (if it weren't for my arguing with Amazon). Especially when you consider that they aren't making any more of these, this bundle is soooo worth it. haha $4 is my blu-ray impulse buy point for even the slightest of interest.

i was sitting here debating it, i finally decided to bite because it popped up and asked me to sign up for an amazon card and get a free $40 gift card. I figured i'd give it a shot and i was approved. Not sure how much i'll use the amazon card but i got a free $40 gift card out of it and in return this bundle of movies for free, so score!

Only buy things you can afford, collect reward points for purchases you were going to make anyway, utilize credit card purchase protection and insurance, pay off the balance every month.

If you use credit cards any other way, you're doing it wrong. It could be 50% APR for all I care.

I love Alien, really enjoy Aliens, think 3 and 4 are fine, and never seen Prometheus. 

Guess I could say it's $10 for the first 2 plus 3 free bonus films I might or might not ever watch.

I own the VHS copies of 1 & 2, and those are the only versions I've seen. Maybe worth the price for the upgrade alone?

 
Just a heads up. The digital copy of Prometheus expired in Oct 2014. Unless someone knows how we can get ours honored...it's still worth it for the Blu's.

 
Nobody should be on the fence for this. It's asking $4/each for the movies in HD with a lot of extras...you have two incredible movies and two good ones and an ok one (hint: it's not Alien^3). It's $25 alone for the Anthology separate...this is as best as you can do.

 
Yeah, I bit on this. Waited til the last minute thinking of a reason not to. Figured the price alone is good enough to see 1 & 2 in HD for the first time.
