Unable to retrieve signature image dimensions ?

I recently tried updating my signature, but was giving this error message "Unable to retrieve signature image dimensions, please try another image" and the changes were not saved. I didn't even change the image, which still shows properly in my posts. I tried using a smaller image size as well as different file formats, none of which worked.

I waited a week hoping this issue might be resolved. Just tried it and same thing is occurring.

Anyone else experiencing this issue? Thanks for any help!
