Anyone else notice a strange Best Buy Pre-Owned 3DS Sale? Bravely Default, Rune Factory 4, and Persona Q are a very nice $24.99 Used but it's In-Store Pick Up ONLY. The problem is these titles are all listed as Unavailable in what seems like every store in Maryland and Virginia. I tried to get some "help" with this through Best Buy Chat, but all that CSR did was confim my findings.
