Russia says drivers must not have 'sex disorders' -BBC

In the wild world of Russian Civilian Driving, the best solution to regulate it is to keep all those with sex disorders off the road. What does that mean? The BBC says "Fetishism, exhibitionism and voyeurism are also included as "mental disorders"" and will be a requirement to stop people from driving. Off the top of my head, I guess this means anybody who consumes porn on a regular basis, and all those other perverts will not be allowed to operate a motor vehicle. If this is true, that means the Russian equivalent of the DMV will face massive fraud when citizens attempt to apply for a new driver's license.

Will this do much to curb the rampant insurance schemes, ax fighting, road raging and what have you? Nope, it'll just be an excuse to bash the gays and transgenders.

Wonder when they start hermetically sealing factories and converting them for "other uses".

It applies to short people and some physical handicaps also.

This is similar to how it started in the early 30's in Germany. They start slowly removing some freedom's, little by little.
If you know your history, you know they started rounding up these types, tracking them and oppressing them well before actually killing them, they didn't have the infrastructure yet. It was a long term plan.

Thing is, they won't need anyone to register themselves, due to social media.

Have a feeling the EU and USA is going to see a influx of immigrants of these [If I remember the quote) "gender confused" Russians.

As much of an asshole as Putin is, at least he does have a big set of nuts. I wish our leaders were more like him on some things.

We are seeing the same thing here in the USA. It's slower and not as far along in the process, but it's coming here. The Patriot Act paved the way for us to give more of our rights away, so the government can "protect" us.
