As the title says this is a Japanese system. The 3DS is region locked so it will only play Japanese games - on the other hand if you're learning Japanese and want to play Japanese games, this will let you do it!
The system has been gently used since I purchased it new this summer, and is in extremely good condition. There are no scratches on either screen, and no scuff, nicks, or anything else.
Box and manuals are included, A/C adapter is not, as it did not come with one and I don't have an extra. It will work with a US DSi/3DS adapter.
The game is not included, only the system itself.
If you want me to purchase games for you to ship along with the system I can take a look and see what I can do. Ditto for prepaid eShop cards.
I'm asking $150 PayPal, plus actual shipping costs from Japan; the best option is about $15-20 and should arrive in under a week.
