Ebay Help needed! Also My Ebay:Xbox 360 500GB Holiday Bundle

Okay I need some help on Ebay as before this week I have only ever sold 1 thing. Basically I listed a Xbox 360 Bundle that ended on Monday night. Seller still has not paid me, even though I sent 2 messages and an invoice. Although it says next to the item that the Buyer has marked this item as payment sent with a hour glass symbol. I decided yesterday to relist the item and it has bids on it. So how do I handle this? I opened a case saying the buyer has not paid. What if he decides to pay and my relisted auction ends with a winner?

Shouldnt have relisted it until you filed a NPB strike against the guy. 

The buyer probably used echeck so it is processing.  Just close your current auction.

This. echeck takes a day or so to process.

Wouldnt you get a e-check notice via paypal?
