I'm so pissed off with sony right now i bought 3 ps4 games yesterday and one of the games is not showing as i bought the game

I Bought Madden 15 super bowl edition and two other games and Madden is not showing up as bought and I live chat for like 3 hours I gave them my info and my order # and the person text me that i would need to call EA or they can give me a refund for the game (3-5 days to get ) I said I don't want a refund I want my game and the

The threev games are not in my download list and the two are free when I go in the store and I can download them but Madden15 is showing that I have to buy it again

 
So the person from sony told me  to delete my profile to get it to work and it delete everything on my ps4 what the F@#$%k Sony

 
That's crazy. You shouldn't have had to delete everything. Have you called Sony instead of doing a live chat with them?
