Submitting products into the game database

So I was just adding games from my collection and since I had ordered a copy of Final Fantasy X-2 HD Remaster on the Vita, I was wondering if it matters if it's a foreign copy to be added to the collection database.

The game is in english (only english, too), but it's a Hong Kong version and I can't seem to find if those are allowed or not.

There was also this:

It's a physical copy of the game (and I only noticed it wasn't there because I was adding it), but I think the message is more aimed at edits.

I decided to add it anyway and face the consequence, but I noticed the image region only has UK or USA. Are game products submitted limited to certain countries?

Yes because it's a physical release of only X-2 on the Vita. No need for a download code for the game. Nice for those who like physical products, mostly.

Ah - then you'd add it as a new product, but you wouldn't be able to submit box art for it. (For the moment.)
