Why can't I message anyone?

things recently changed so I dont know if the help section was updated.

If you click on someones name you get to the profile page for the person and then you should see a "send me a message" button.  Try that!

When I click that, I get "You don't have permission to access this." or something like that.

 
sorry I didnt look at your profile, looks like you are CAG newbie and I dont think a newbie can send messages until some time passes and you are no longer a newbie.
