3Ds to new 3ds transfer

So my question is can I do all this process through the Internet? Cause I read that you have to get a computer then manually do it and all that but if I don't want can I just transfer all my saves and games wirelessly? I don't care if it takes longer I just wanna know if I can

Does anyone know what to do if my copy of Zelda 4 Swords did not transfer? I tried looking for it on the eshop but to no avail.

I found it on the eShop under the Redownload section, but it has an unavailable status. (Other DSiware I have downloaded say "downloaded")

Might be time to contact Nintendo?

Maybe they recorded over it, like a lost Dr. Who episode...

 
Hopefully someone can advise on my transfer situation.  I have a DSi that I want to transfer to my 3DS and then to my new 3DS.  After both transfers will I end up with a new 3DS containing both my DSi and 3DS content or would the first transfer (DSi->3DS) wipe the 3DS clean?  I couldn't quite find anything specifically for this situation.  Thanks.

 
DSi only transfers programs one at a time, not the whole system like 3DS-to-3DS. You will lose any save data on the DSi games though.
