Dying Light/Evolve on PC Deal

As the title says Im looking to purchase Evolve and Dying Light on PC at a decent price. Lowest I've seen is around $36 for just a steam key. Anybody find a better deal recently?
 
Saw a third party seller on Amazon with Evolve for 24 with shipping. I tried to post a link but can't.

It was under the used section though, and the seller above him was just selling the game discs and case. You might want to check it out and PM the seller to ask if it's complete or not.
