Saw it blu-ray.com on sale at Amazon and checked and seen it is on sale at BB too so AMZ price matched them. This and Shrek, I'm completing a lot of collections these last couple days. I hope more stuff like this pops up.

It should be available in store, extremely limited. I saw a display in store and did see Shrek, I was only looking for Garfield 1 & 2 and didn't give the setup a good look.

 
This will be located in the new Easter section of their stores, along with Shrek, Madagascar, and Family Guy Star Wars for some reason.
