If I cancel an item on eBay from a seller with 0 feedback and a just launched profile will the money be refunded from my personal bank account or will the money they sent to me be sent back to them?

 
Are you the buyer or seller? Not real clear on the details, but I think I can answer.

If PayPal was used, then that is how it is refunded.
 
Cookie Party is right, if the transaction went through PayPal then you will have to transfer the cash back to your bank account from your PP account.
