120GB PS3 Slim

Welp, launch PS3 finally died on me despite fixing YROD 5x in the past. Oh well. Refurbished is ok. Trying to avoid eBay. I think the Super Slim is quite ugly so what are my options?

You have a few good options on getting a used one for a fair price.

First there is Amazon Warehouse, their used section. There is a dedicated thread to it in the video game deals section here on CAG. Its a thread titled "Amazon Warehouse deals", and is usually always on the first page. Members post links to good finds, but they usually sell pretty fast.

Next is Cowboom. I don't know if you have heard of it or not, but it is a subsidiary of Best Buy. Just be weary of the item conditions and the description as they sometimes sell consoles that are missing cables or have no controllers etc. They have daily deals and I have seen 360's for about 80 to 85 plenty of times.

One last option I can suggest is the trading section here on CAG. Browse the threads, maybe another member has one for sale\trade. If not you could start your own thread there (just be mindful of the forum rules).
