This is -very- YMMV. Walmarts are often psychotic about what they put on clearance, my local one has had games on clearance at 10% off for years.

Ah the fresh smell of absiolutely nothing I have interest in in the morning....

Granted it's very YMMV as said, but still.

The Wal-Marts I visit never have these clearances.  You know how I know?  They still have copies of NBA Live 06 for $49.99.

This sounds like the ones near where I live. I remember this guy on CAG once posting that his Wal-Mart had a PC game that no longer worked at all (due to not even having an online server anymore)... for FULL MSRP.

Hi there, yep, they still have APB Reloaded for $49.99

A $50 coaster!

Thanks OP, but like everyone else has said, the Walmarts in my area (DFW) are clueless when it comes to clearance.  10% off 5 year old games is about as good as it usually gets.

If I'm in the area, I'll check it out for the hell of it.  Would bite on Dead Space (have 1 & 3, but not 2 in my backlog) and Metal Gear Rising.

I went to one of my local Wal-Mart's a few days ago that had a metric shitton of PSP games on Clearance.  The only one I really remember was Ape Escape for $2.50.  Other than that, there were a handful of random Wii, DS and PC games.  I picked up the Sims 3 Showtime Katy Perry expansion for $10 but that was it.

Checked my WM and they had a bin with almost all of the games listed in the OP. But every single one was regular price. Darksiders II was $49.98!!!

Hoping they will change to clearance. Some good games in there if they go to $1-$5.

These are all "deleted" games and there for are not marked down company wide. Store management got the approval to use their store markdown money on these games. Wish my store would do the same with our PSP and ps2 games in the backroom.

lmfao there is a black eyed peas game

so worth buying and setting my wii up that i haven't used in 4 years

I went back today.  The added even more games.  They probably added 20 new titles to this clearance.  This could be big.  Here's what I remember:

360

Remember Me

Azura's Wrath

Halo 4 collectors edition - $20

Guitar Rocksmith box with cable included

Silent Hill Downpour

Spec Ops the Line

Two Worlds II

Risen 3

Syndicate

Adventure of Tin Tin

Mass Effect 2

Kinect:

Gunstringer

Fighters Uncaged

UFC Trainer

Once Upon a Monster

Biggest Loser Game

Dance Central

Carnival Games

3DS:

Shinobi

Monster Hunter 3

A bunch of other games/shovelware.

DS:

Drawn to Life

Wii

Happy Feet with movie included

PS3:

Uncharted 2 Game of Year Edition

Mass Effect 3

PS4:

NBA 2K14

This is higly YMMV, most likely non-existant.
I first discovered the motherlode of $5 clearance games last year at the La Habra store. I talked with one of the employees and she said most likely every store is doing it, but I surveyed 26 Walmarts in SoCal, only that one and the Westminster Walmart had the $5 clearance. While one WM store clearanced out there strategy guides to $5 instead at the Huntington Beach store.
Nationwide, it was an even more rare find, I think only two other people reported they found the same deals as me.

I haven't checked that Westminster store in a while but I know the La Habra store still occasionally clearance games every month, but not at the extreme $5 price anymore, more like 40% off.

Would love if my local WM did this. Their idea of clearance is pathetic.

PS3 controllers on "clearance" was 54.89, now 54.00

Wii Fit U "clearance" was 89.76, now 89.00

Just pathetic.

Went to mine, got a sealed MGS 3: Snake Eater for 10 bucks. Can't really complain I guess. There's this Nascar 14 LE box that's dented to shit and they've had it in the display case for about 6 months now. I wonder if anyone will ever buy it?

I just got back from my Walmart (the only one with the Vita games on "sale" from the other thread) I did not see any clearance games there, Uncharted 2 GOTY for $1-$5? great deal..

In the Vita section they had Gravity Rush at $20.. With a sticker on it saying $39.99 so they could show it's on "sale" for 50% off!!

I was in there last week and almost picked it up for the $15 they were asking for it.

They put those stickers on a few other Vita games, and then the tag in front shows a price half of that. I know there are idiots out there that will buy them thinking they are getting a great deal.

Only grabbed Freedom wars for $15, should have grabbed Borderlands 2 for $20 though.. But I think i'm going to grab the handsome collection on PS4, and just remote play it. (if i *really* want to play BL2 on the Vita..)

I'll just leave this here, this has been sitting in the Palm Springs. CA Wal-Mart since god who knows. I think the damn computer is older than the store itself...

Hahahaha ABSOLUTELY true. Most of the Walmarts in my town don't even do clearance or a really weak one, but there's one where they'l randomly dump stuff in carts and put up a sign that says "Everything in this cart: $5". They just did that recently, and I dug through only to find a copy of Skyrim: Legendary Edition :pc:. I got Skyrim LE for $5. Hollleeeee shit

Other Walmarts in town will do weird stuff, where they'll just lay out a bunch of games on a table, print up new price tags (those red ones that look like a clearance) and just... charge their normal retail price. Like a fake clearance, to trick people who don't know better into paying full price, I guess?

This price makes sense. You pay a dollar for every year the computer has sat on the shelf. Everyone knows computers need to "age" the same way wine or cheese does.

No current Walmart Clearance thread that I can find, so posting here.

Saw multiple copies of Uncharted: Golden Abyss in a dump bin at $10.  Obviously YMMV.

My Walmart still has a small handful of PS1 games in addition to some PS2 games. It's usually a good store to visit when trying to find something that is a little hard to find, but they never clearance anything.
the PS1 games are probably out of system by now. There's one store semi-near me that keeps randomly pulling old shit out of the back. (PS1/PS2/OG Xbox) They usually will sell them to me for $1 if they are out of system.

Once I bought Resident Evil collection for PS2 (the one that has 3 games including RE 4) for $5. This was 4 years ago in Lantana, TX

Would love most of those 360 games at those prices.

My Walmart's the absolute worst at game pricing though, once they are taken out of the glass case the prices are never changed again. They still have NHL 2010 for PS3 for the low low price of 49.99...

Oh come on, that has to be fake.
I have no trouble believing that. In fact, I find an ancient eMachine sitting on Wal-Mart's shelf at a ridiculously high price much easier to believe than them clearance games at an actual clearance price. Not saying the OP is a liar, but in my experience, Wal-Mart takes some out dated software, knocks less than a dollar off their original price (sometimes way less than a dollar) and calls that clearance.

Here's a fun rabbit hole to fall down: http://consumerist.com/tag/raiders-of-the-lost-walmart/ It's always amazing to me that a company that supposedly is so advanced with regards to inventory management and things of that nature has so much out dated tech for sale here and there. I know things fall through the cracks, but it seems like other retailers have this figured out.

Nothing goes on sale at my Walmart.  They still have copies of Metroid Other M selling for full retail price.  $50 for Other M!  Insulting.  The only game I saw on clearance there was marked down 2 cents. 0.02!

Ya know, I think I bought that exact model back in 04.

At least I can probably use that to install Windows 98 on it and play all my s***ty Star Trek games on it just for the sake of nostalgia.

Shit man. I wish my Way Mart had these. I'd definitely give Colonial Marines a shot for $5.

I did find Gallop Racer 2006 brand new for $5 on PS2 I sold on amazon for $30, but that's about it.. they had Band Hero on "clearance" for $144

Not really $1 or $5, but I spotted a bunch of $20 Disney Infinity 1.0 + 2.0 and Disney Infinity Marvel Super Heroes Starter Sets for :wiiu:, :ps3:, :360:, :xb1: at the Baldwin Park, CA Walmart.

man id love to find some of those 3DS and 360 titles for those prices but much like everyone else, my Walmart still has tons of PS2 games and worthless PC games for full price and they never put anything of worth on clearance

I went to a Walmart in Parsippany New Jersey yesterday and they had a bunch of games dumped into a clearance bin and I got all excited but when I scanned them they all came up at regular price. They had a copy of Half Life 2 on PC for 30 dollars lol
