Doubt the graphics will be much better. It doesn't make sense to pick it up for $50 for PS4, if you already have a PS3. Also, the battery life on the PS4 controller is horrible.

Good luck with that a PS4 remaster dropping to $20. Look how long it took the last of us to drop. You would be missing out on the limited edition.
Probably once it stops making them money.
The PS4 version will have the feature to switch to the original soundtrack for the game. Much better than the "remastered" soundtrack they did for the PS3 version.
