"my best buy" (reward zone) question

My dad can not get into his account. He has a number, but we have tried his email address, but it isn't recognized by the system.

Is there a general page where you can login with your number like the old reward zone?

If it's been a while since he used it he might just need to sign up again. I had a reward zone account from 2008 that I didn't use for 6 years. When I tried to use it last year I couldn't log on and when I called with my number they said the account had been deactivated. I had to sign up for a new account.

My.bestbuy.com but it has been merged with bestbuy.com so just signing into the online account should recognize it.

Call 1 888 best buy ask for the my best buy program line they have a lot more access to the accounts than in store.

He's never bought online. The emails I get have his name on them and the birthday on my account and his account is my brother's. lol

I know my number and my online account, and I have their numbers, but they have never bought anything online.
