What seems to be the best way to sell an old 3ds xl?

I am wondering what would be the best way to sell a 3ds xl with some games installed in it?  Didn;t get much offer or counter off on trading forum but it am not sure if it is good idea to sell it on ebay due to their new 6 month refund policy.
