You should avoid these at all cost, they should have never been made. Even at $6 you'll fill it up in no time, this card is only good if you plan on casually using the vita and not download anything!

 
8 gig I feel is the bare minimum you should go. 16-32 gig should be decent for having some storage of digital games and such. 64 gig almost seems like a must now with so many Vita exclusives coming out on digital only. I do agree....avoid the 4 and at minimum get the 8 gig though bigger sizes are strongly preferred by me. I'm even feeling my 32 gig is pushing it a bit.

 
I think these are fine if you mostly download PSOne and PSP games to your VITA. Or, if you just use them for save files from your VITA games.
