Buying European Physical Copies of PC Games

I'm thinking about getting Arkham Asylum for the PC, but I've read that some people have problems with installing the games due to problems with the fact that it's the European version or something. Is this true or should I just wait for some Steam bundle?

It's already been in a bunch of Steam bundles.

On Nuuvem, for example, you could buy Arkham Asylum GOTY, Arkham City GOTY, Arkham Origins, and Arkham Origins Blackgate for ~$5 total a few months ago. They just ended a similar bundle, actually.
