Guess I'll start. 



Everything but the top 3 were from Gamestop's 4 for 10 deal. Yay for the backlog.

Overlord and Shellshock 2 were also from Gamestop. Resonance of Fate was boxart/manual only. I only had the disk and now I have it complete.

They gave you GoW origins as part of the 4 for $10. Think they made a mistake there

Hopefully that works for me. I want origins but haven't found it for cheaper than 10. Going today to see if it rings up. The flyer just states gow collection so I figured it was only the first games

It was $9.99 in January at Best Buy. That's when I picked it up new.

 
Ill take Walgreens FTW! Local Target had World Of Nintendo stuff on clearance the past month so they havent had anything but Yoshi and Diddy Kong lately. Kmart got some of the mini sets but im not getting into those. I see Jakks Pacific is reusing 1-2 series characters for 1-3. I have yet to see any of these at a Walmart. 



Well since Im the last person I guess Ill just edit this post. Got my Arcade Block today. Inky and Blinky salt and pepper pots, Flameslinger Skylander, Video Games Live Level 4 CD, Treasure Chest zipper pull, Retro Magazine, and a kickass Kingdom Hearts tshirt.

Did some digging in the PS2 catalog and found some games that I've been meaning to play or never even knew were released.  So I ended up ordering them on Amazon.

Had no idea a MotorStorm game came out on the PS2. Weird. Wish they'd make a PS4 MotorStorm. A truly innovative racing game imo.

Birthday gift two days ago. Destiny was free with the PS4, haven't decided whether I'm going to keep it or sell it and get something else.

 
Just picked this up at the game store for $7.60 Sabre Wulf from Rare its a fun unknown gem by rare. Just played it for like 30 minutes and while the game play gets repetitive its still a fun quirky title. It also has been referenced in many others games by rare.

After watching a quick video it looks like a really fun game with nice level designs and season themes.

It was more then i would typically pay for a loose gba game but its from Rare.

Galaxy S6 VR headset from Best Buy is pretty freaking sweet. Had a $50 giftcard to use anyways so that made it even better.

Dick Tracy Collectors Edition Complete Collection was $7 from Dollar General.

Got the Marth Amiibo at GS. Called right when the store showed up on the instore stock tracker. Sides are creased up more than Id care for but I wasnt going to pass it up, especially with my $10 off 1 item coupon.

Originally brought this controller to put in my Metroid display case, I like the look of it and there's not much Metroid items in the market so I wanted it. It's very light and feels cheaply made. I shall be returning it, and using the credit more wisely. I'll pick it back up eventually.

*Lost planet is mint complete! DVD, DLC, art book and sleeve! Interesting fact, I still have Witcher 2 enhanced edition still sealed in my backlog. This one probably will share the same faith.

 
My haul from the last week.

Most of the games were $1 except for Ace Combat Zero & WWE Smackdown vs Raw 2011.  Figured it was time that I looked into some of the flight games I missed for PS2.  For some reason, I had to go three different copies of SvR 2011 to get a working one.  Don't know if there's an issue with that certain game for PS2 or not.

Had to grab a replacement memory card, after Jak X Combat Racing basically bricked my spare memory card.  Had no idea that the non-GH version of that game had a replacement program by Sony years ago until I looked the issue of the game & memory cards.

Also, picked up the Urusei Yatsura dvds for $2 each.

Got my Loot Crate as well, I actually like this one. Green/White Power Rangers tee, Marvel Ice Cube Tray, Marvel shoelaces, Marvel window decal, Mad magazine, Team Fortress 2 buttons, comic, and a 300 piece Rick and Morty puzzle.....which Ive almost finshed

What duplicates? Pokemon Art Academy was part of the B1G1 sale, and nothing else was in the price range. Witcher 3 steelbooks are just steelbooks.

You have 3 steelbooks, 2 Pokemon Art Academies, 2 3DS cases, and 2 different versions of the Witcher 3. Just wondering why buy multiples?

Why have multiple steelbooks though? Unless you have all 3 versions of the game. But that brings up another question.

Here's the story with The Witcher. Preordered the PS4 CE last June from Best Buy with GCU. They add a pre-order steelbook afterwards, and say the CEs aren't guaranteed to get a pre-order steelbook, so I preordered a normal PS4 version. Kept the CE just in case, because there's 3 different steelbooks, but no one knew what came with what. Find out within a month of release that the Xbone version comes with Gwent cards, and regret getting the PS4 CE.

Release day comes, I get two pre-order steelbooks with my PS4 CE and normal copy. Decide it's more worthwhile to trade in the games and keep the rest, which I did. And ordered a Xbone version through Best Buy OMS, so I don't have to spend $70+ on the Gwent cards. That also arrived with a pre-order steelbook. So now I have no game and 3 pre-order steelbooks, 2 CEs, and all the extras.

So in the end, I got a total of 5 steelbooks, 2 artbooks, 3 soundtracks, 3 sets of wolf stickers, 2 wolf necklaces, 2 gwent decks, 2 paper maps, 1 cloth map, and 2 Geralt statues for $173, not counting reward points.

I don't have a PS4 or Xbone, so there was no reason for me to keep the actual games.

Ironically, the steelbook I actually wanted when I went through all the trouble isn't available in the US. So I still have to find it on eBay.

Pokemon Art Academy I already explained.

3DS cases from Club Nintendo, cause I had coins and none of the redeemable codes were of interest to me. And I -still- have 800 or 900 coins I have to spend.

Here is my May haul; I really need to put a kabosh to buying movies.  That was one of my new year resolutions and it didn't last past February (I've generally stayed on course with my other resolutions).  Not pictured is Manga Studio 5, which I picked up at Amazon.com (that's for the graphic novel I'm working up in my downtime - a hobby, really).

Absolutely intend to stop buying flicks in June and hold out until Black Friday (well, unless there is a killer deal on Jupiter Ascending)  O:)  only other exception are three videogames I want to get, two for the Wii U and one for the PS4.

Nothing at the yardsales today, managed to walk into Target at the right time. Went to see if any new Amiibo were still around, Charizards and Pacmans. Guy tells me he just returned a Silver Mario and that was the one I needed. Went up to Customer Service and was able to buy it. Rest of Wave 4 should come in the mail next week. Also not a pickup pickup but I installed the Windows 10 preview and its awesome! Perfect mix of 7 and 8.1 with some new features on top.

Sadly, I missed out on the Fire Emblem ones because I went to the bathroom before getting in line at TRU. Target didn't get any in at all.

Now if Nintendo really wants high quality amiibo, they should make 'em like this:

These steelbooks are beautiful, especially Unity! They shipped them in a big box with no padding whatsoever. Luckily, none was damage. 

All my other Amiibo are on their way,

 
I'm so glad I never jumped on the amiibo stuff (And I never will).  I can't imagine how much money people are spending  on those little figures.  I prefer to spend my cash on movies and games.  Even as a Ninty fan, it pains me that Nintendo seems more interested in being a toy company than a gaming company.

Got Splatoon with the amiibo 3 pack (not pictured) and Professor Layton and the Azran Legacy. Now I only need 2 of the original DS games to complete my Layton collection.

Also bought these Nike Hyperdunk 2013. Really needed some basketball shoes and only cost me $45 on the Nike Outlets.

Nintendo sent me two extra MM puzzles :D. My friend sold me ness & splatoon gun for $25, I'm happy i don't have to track one down now.

LOL - yeah, yeah, I know, but you also must know the official company line is that they don't like to be called a toy company. As one who worked for Ninty's marketing during the Gamecube era, I assure you we went very far out of our way to insist that Ninty was NOT a toy company, but rather a gaming company ... because you know, toys are for kids ...

Anyways, Ninty's greater focus on this stuff lately is (IMHO) in some respect a way to cushion the very bad sales figures for its Wii U. It's doing them no favors on getting them out of the bad-perception business - the more and more gamers think Ninty is associated with these toys, the less and less likely they're next console is going to be successful. You can only milk your loyalists so much to keep a severely leaky boat afloat ...
