Is this Nintendo DS Neon sign worth it?

I think it's official licensed. The person wants $70.

My only scare is maintenance on it. How long does do the gases in these bulbs last?

Considering that I wouldn't put it in storage but on the wall in my room and might use it on a regular bases like a night light while i play games.

If these things burn out in 2 years with regular use ill probably pass.
