bing declining rewards

i know a lof of people here use bing to get gift cards or microsoft cards, so i'll ask it here

is anybody else having trouble redeeming their rewards on bing?  my reward keeps getting declined, does that mean i;m banned or is it some kind of glitch?

any thoughts or help is appreciated

Do you have more than one Bing account? If so it means you are banned.

I remember back when Bing kept asking for phone numbers for confirmation before sending a code. Once, my account glitched, but using a friend's phone for that one time fixed it and was able to redeem regularly again.

i was officially banned today

i had 5 accounts, it says you can have 5 accounts per household but i guess when you're using the same laptop it's suspicious

what took them so long to notice?   i had those accounts for well over a year
