I'll be blunt: you have no feedback. Feedback is important to making deals on CAG above like $20.
Then where you say "will ship within 24 hours after payment", it implies you expect to be paid before shipping the system, which would be an issue for many members given your feedback. But I understand if you yourself don't want to take a risk either.
I'm still very interested in the PS4 however and will still make offer.
$280 given the circumstances, and I pay before you ship system. I actually do trust you because you have made a lot of posts on this forum.

Thank you for the offer, but I can get much closer to my asking price just selling locally or even on Ebay (where I have perfect feedback), even after fees. Also, I'm not asking anyone to send payment by Paypal gift, and I intend to just sell as regular merchandise on Paypal, so any buyer would have 100% protection from Paypal if there is a potential concern. Anyway, thank you for your offer, but I am going to pass.
