Need a power supply

I think the power supply in my desktop is dying... the fan doesn't always spin and it's getting uncomfortably warm. What's a good choice for an inexpensive replacement? It doesn't have to have high wattage (400W should be fine) but it has to stay cool and be reliable. Any help would be appreciated!
