Cheap New 3DS XL

I don't have 3DS at all, but I want one because I have bunch of downloads that expire at the end of next month (Club Nintendo stuff) and I been meaning to get a 3DS.

I have best buy and walmart gift cards, but was wondering if there will be any sales/price drops that might drop soon like E3 announcements or will the only significant drops be during the holiday?

The cheapest I've seen is $219 at walmart with a decent game. Is there anything better at the moment? 

Also, any charger recommendations? I was thinking this one from gamestop. I don't think I have one as the last system I had was a DSlite and before that a GBASP.

E3 is in a few week so just wait and see
