H: Borderlands 2 + all DLC Vita Code, ---W:PSN, XBL, or Steam Currency

Just got a Borderlands 2 Vita Bundle, but I already have BL2 on PC and have no interest in the Vita version.  This is the code that comes with the Vita BL2 bundle.  It will give you the BL2 Vita full game, plus all 6 DLC packs. In exchange, I'm really just looking a bit of currency on PSN, XBL, or Steam.

According to this ebay listing, http://www.ebay.com/itm/BORDERLANDS-2-VITA-Download-ALL-6-DLC-SHIPS-FAST-FREE-GET-IT-RIGHT-AWAY-/171779579301?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item27fedc5da5, this guy has sold ten of these codes at $18.95, so I'd say anything around 15 bucks is reasonable.
