All the digital content will remain playable on the HDD, and the licenses will remain connected to the console. Ive left the Xbox ecosystem and have 0 reason to do a license transfer. If deleted from the HDD, you will be unable to redownload the content.
What Im asking is $200 +plus the cost of shipping (the 360 and the physical accessories will come int he original 360 box). Alternatively, I would accept a Black New 3DSXL (preferably with its box and manuals and such) in trade.
