Just give him some time he is after all a little busy and has said this before. I am sure there will be a winner chosen shortly.

Nope the rules did say the following.

So my assumption would be nope any entries after that date (Wednesday 1st) will not be counted.

If I am correct then the last 13 people who entered will not be entered in the competition but that is just my guess I could be wrong and they might allow them to be counted seeing as there has been a delay in choosing a winner. Again that is not my area to say only Rob will be able to do that.
