Since it's not really a deal, I didn't see the need to put it in the dvd/blu ray section

I am waiting to see if Amazon or any other retailer will be able to order this. The more I see this, the more i'm tempted to get it.

If only it would include argyle the limo driver and that giant teddy bear. lol

Or you can just wait until November when Fox Connect will more than likely have their half off sale and buy it for half that asking price...

 
Do note that unless this is a brand new pressing, the Die Hard 4.0 disc will only contain the theatrical version.
