CAGiversary!
These are solid prices for items that generally aren't in stock from retailers anymore, only for higher prices from resellers. For example, I just paid $58 for Super Mario All-Stars NIB on Ebay just a couple months ago.

$5 shipping.

Wii

Twilight Princess Nintendo Selects - $19.99

Super Mario All-Stars 25th Anniversary - $29.99 OOS

Wii Fit - $9.99

Super Paper Mario - $19.99

Wii U

Game & Wario - $29.99

Wonderful 101 - $29.99

New Super Luigi U - $19.99

Things don't show as sold out until you try to check out, so don't get prematurely excited about anything. Still some decent deals to be found, but all the best stuff is OOS.

Their website makes you create a password harder than most banks!

How about some official Gamecube component cables for cheap? Gamecube games look like crap on my HDTV when playing them through composite cables. So blurry and dark...

 how exactly does Nintendo obtain these games..?
Presumably, they found them in the back room and decided to hold a garage sale to fund NX development and new Amiibo designs.

They supported NES repairs until 2007 when they ran out of spare parts, and they shipped me a physical Wind Waker HD when a digital code failed. So I bet they have to have stacks of stuff sitting around for a rainy day.

I wish they would make the Red Mario Wii available again...

when you posted it was out of stock to I double checked as soon as you posted in case it came back. It shows in stock always until you go through the whole checkout process at which point it says oos
Yes it was out of stock at least 15 min prior to the post. I had it added to my cart and it would not let me check out due to insufficient stock. Sames goes with the silver Gamecube controller. OOS for some time.

Drat, wish I'd known to look for controllers under the retro parts area earlier. I've been checking the Nintendo Store regularly, so I probably had plenty of opportunities to get it while it was still in stock.

Then again, given that I got a 25th Anniversary DSi XL and a 25th Anniversary Wii the last time a bunch of stock arose from the depths, maybe we'll still have a chance later to get spice and purple GC controllers later.

I must be blind, but how do you register when you try to checkout?

edit: nm. Took a long time to load after selecting country.

I'm not understanding how this is is even a topic. Twlight Princess and Paper Mario are Wii Selects that msrp at $19.99. The only deal is Super Luigi U which s harder to find at that price.

They were $19.99 when they were in stock. Now they're OOS everywhere, except from resellers.

No, I definitely still see Twilight Princess and Paper Mario on Wii at Target and Walmart all the time
Cool, this thread sounds like it's not for you, why are you still here? Most of us understand that a lot of these games have been OOP for a while now and that this is a great opportunity to pick them up at a a normal price. Mario All-Stars hasn't been sold in eons...not sure how it's not clear to you.

Its just not the same. The chip in the proprietary gamecube component cable makes the picture wayyy better.
I'm not entirely sure its better then the wii's component cable. If your wii is plugged in with a component cable, it configures the gamecube portion as well. Do you have a link or something that proves your statement? I can't seem to find the info anywhere about that...

I have both and for playing Gamecube games the cube with component cables is superior to Wii with component cables. However I did get the component cables for cube back in the day when they weren't expensive.

can't you just use the wii?
We have a Wii, but the disc drive hasn't worked since 2013. I system transferred our old one to my Wii U and then put it in our basement.

Even if it did work, I have a working Gamecube that I currently use a good amount of the time.

I'd rather be able to buy the official Gamecube component cables for cheap than buy an entire Wii all over again, PLUS a pair of official Wii component cables on top of that.

Here it is. Comparisons start around 10:45 but the whole video is pretty interesting. Not a whole lot better and definitely not $200 worth better.

I was gonna ask why you guys are arguing about GC component cables for... and holy shit, didn't realize they were going for $200+. Nuts.

That's a fair price for Game & Wario. Too bad shiping and tax adds $8. I guess it's still better than Ebay.
Is Game & Wario hard to find now or something? Every Target I go into seems to have a decent amount at retail price.
