I'm curious on what everyone thinks of buy.com . I've never ordered from them and I heard that they have either changed their name or have been bought out, not sure ?
So i'm browsing around for various tech items and I see this

It shows as a manufacture refurb. for 169.99 Tempting since it appears to be a straight up purchase to be used without signing a 2 year contract on the watch itself lol.
The cheapest i've seen it is 199.99 with a 2 year contract.
Anyway...I've heard various things about buy.com and still not 100% sure about ordering this from them. I've been told that a manufacture refurb still carries the warranty and it basically brand new. Since ebay and paypal are involved in this, it could add some security for me if anything were to happen like a damaged item or I needed a refund.
I remember this thing being a few hundred dollars last fall.
