Just came across this when buying the 29$ xbox gold card from them.

The 5% discount from liking their page on Facebook still works as well if you want to stack, and can checkout with PayPal so you don't have to put your CC in their site.

So I'm sure this gets brought up all the time, but how legit is this site?  I don't want to take any risk, ever, period, with my Steam account since I have like 800 games on there.

 
Shady site is still shady.

They're grey-market keys from unknown locations.  Lots of people say they never have issues, though the keys are from non-US locales, possibly Russia or other places with cheap game costs.

You can probably get it for the same price or less on ebay. These sites are shady but with the Witcher 3 they are getting GOG keys from some graphics card promo thing. So for this particular game you'll likely be fine, but again these are GOG keys and not Steam keys.
