Hey guys new offer added under my offers for amex. 1 time statement credit when spending 250 or more at best buy..make sure to add this offer under your my offers page under your amex log in before using it...expires sept 30, 2015

if this isnt in your offers you can sync your amex account to twitter and tweet #AmexBestBuy. if it is successful they will send you a message on twitter saying so.

 
This could be good to use if there are any good deals on their black friday sale this week. Ill most likely just wait and use it for when the good model of the Zenpad 8 comes out.

 
usually what i do is just buy a visa card for 200 + 5 activation fee, and then buy whatever i want with the extra 50 left over...that way you get a visa card to use where you would you usually use anyway, and 25 off of 50 (technically)..plus a 5 dollar rewards certificate for the whole purchase which pretty much takes care of the 5 dollar activation fee :p..i know some ppl might say its not worth it but i think it is ..so there :p...oh and it also gets you closer to the elite status every year...for free 2 day shipping :D and no at least 35 dollar purchases for free shipping stuff

Thanks for the head up, had this offer on both me and my wife's card.  Loved this offer on black Friday last year coupled with the buy 2 get 1 free, $40 discounted new releases and gamers club unlocked.. sadly this ends 9/30, hope we get another offer during that period.

Since this offer is good until 9/30, im going to test it out myself but iirc previous amex offers did not require you to spend all $250 in one purchase. It just uses a running total. I spend money like water at Best Buy either way so thanks OP.
 
Reading the terms, it's valid online and in store. Hopefully there's some stacking opportunities with Ibotta.
Edit: yep, 5 back on 100 in-store right now, expires 7/30.

theres no fee when you buy a $250 best buy gift card..only with the visa cards but if you're gonna use it for pre ordering etc might as well buy the 250 best buy gift card because it must be done in 1 transaction ..

yes it works in store i've done it 4 times today lol using 4 different cards!
