My Story:
I have been on Thrive for 3 weeks now and I have given up coffee and have been able to keep my weight at bay. The shake you take in the morning has helped in curbing my hunger and tastes pretty great. I will say that I have had a long lasting energy level and just in general feel better. Usually during the day I'll feel sluggish around 2pm but on Thrive my energy lasts throughout the day. I sleep better at night and need less sleep than before.
