Meijer Amiibo Clearance

I picked up a peach for around 5 a couple months ago. It is very ymmv, though. They had 2 peach on an end cap marked clearance and another 5 or six in the aisle at regular price. The regular priced ones had new upc stickers on the back stuck over the old upc.

And, before anyone asks, they rang up what they were marked on the packaging (the reg. and the clearance price).
 
i posted this a couple weeks ago showing how many bowser's my meijer had on clearance. it still looks like this as of yesterday XD

Heh, I have an unopened Peach... I though I could flip her and never did...

Though I really so miss Meijer, great store and I wish we had them on the East Coast.
God to want to go home.

Because the Mario cast in the fursuits just wasn't furry enough...

Getting the thread back on track, what locations have the people who've spotted these seen them in? I went to one that's right around the corner from me, but all of their amiibos were still regular price. There's a few more meijers that aren't too far from me that I might hit up.

 
I was going to stop by on on my way back home later tonight and check for any clearance stuff near Indianapolis

No dice. They had a slot for Bowser and Shiek and said Clearance $9.99 and were empty anyway. Nothing else : /

Nothing at my local store, might try the one across town tonight. Not really anything left from the Smash characters though, probably why. Looks like they're resetting their stores for new merchandise. New Disney Infinity, Skylanders, Lego Dimensions, AND new Amiibos are all out soon so they need the space there.

They did have one 2.5'' Nintendo figure, so I guess they're still carrying the line even if Target isn't.

I visited three meijers near me and only one had one clearance tag for amiibos and it was for bowser. It was only on clearance for 9.99 and there weren't any left.

 
I thought the topic title said "Major Amiibo Clearance." So I click on it it, see I was wrong, and am about to leave since I don't have a Meijer near me, and decide to read a few of the comments.

Worst... mistake... ever...
