After the free download period ends, users will be charged for downloading the app.
Since it opens *only* in the Portal app... and at the very bottom in red that users will be charged afterwards..
As soon as I clicked purchase it wanted my iTunes password.
Apple's ToS will be shutting the app down for that once a few complaints go through.
yeah it's an "in app purchase" but since when is it allowed to charge someone TWICE.... first time free, then a DELAYED purchase 11-12 days later. *without any user interaction*
All it is, delayed bait and switch. You can't get the game for free... you do *not* have any way to not be charged for it later..
Just did a little searching, it's already been sent to Apple for ToS violations lol.
Either people who got the game for "free" will not be charged later.. or it will be taken away from you. (with option to pay $ for it again)
Not taking the risk.. Free is free, not delayed required payment.
Edit: the wording is the problem. And in the android version you can't redownload it
ever again... or you'll be charged.
In Japan they did not have this wording, but limited the downloads. Thats what is raising the red flags. Could be translation.. but i'm not going to risk it.
From what people are saying the FF1 version is not full screen and has bright blue bars on the screen..
And triple triad has bugs they never addressed in the Japan version.
I own FF1 elsewhere, don't need it on my iPhone (or possibly be charged again for it)
Don't delete the thread.. It may very well be the wording is the problem, It was reported to Apple.. but again it may just be the wording is the problem and it is completely free, and not a delayed charge.
