3DS doesn't come with a charger, just a cradle (I have a charger if you want it but it has been chewed by a dog, still works though). Also you either have to jiggle the charger cord around or use the cradle to get it to charge. Aside from that, it has some scrapes and the scratches on the sides of the top screen (Faulty design). Comes with a 4GB SD card with Ironhax and Tubehax installed (for running homebrew).
