I am normally on top of my lowballs, but I was out the night it was ending and my phone died.

From the start, I had posted an end time of 10-11 pm EST, and had planned on ending it sometime between then. Because of my phone dying, I wasn't able to post "LOWBALL OVER" until 11:26.

There were a few bids between 11 and 11:26, and I don't know if by rule, they would count because they occurred before I posted that the lowball was over, or if the lowball would have ended at 11 because according to dv8mad's post

"Information for sellers:

Please plan your auction ahead. Your end time is a verbal contract with your bidders and is not flexible. Please ensure that you will be ready and able to end your auction within the window specified in your lowball rules."

The window was 10-11 pm from the beginning. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

11pm should just be the cut off tbh.

I don't see any reason to extend it just because you weren't here to say it officially ended, unless you were clearly intent on doing so, and had noted it several times that the auction will only end when you have made a post that it was over.  You do have a end time, so it seems fair.

If you start accepting bids that come after that time it's also a bad thing for bidders who actually stayed to make bids within the stated time frame you had given them.  And some would argue that because they thought the auction only went until 11pm as you have stated, that they have missed out on their deal because they weren't notified ahead of time it would go later.

In either case somebody is going to leave with a bad taste in their mouth, but in this case it would seem more fair to the bidders that did bid within the end time provided in the op to keep their bids.
