Thanks for the info, guys. Seems the Mobile store has them but not enough to cover the full $100. Guess I'm waiting for a restock.

I had to wait 5 days before the BB close to me showed up on the website as having them available. You can buy them online with your gift card but have to pick them up at the store.

Same thing here. Its been almost two days since I purchase and still no code. Their email response takes forever. Does anybody know the phone to Paypal Digital Gifts?

I was on hold for like 30 mins but once they answered they were super quick and friendly. The rep just asked for my name and the type/value of the card then offered to give me the code over the phone.

 

Don't bother sending a message through ebay, you'll just get a generic c/p message like 12 hours later.

I don't understand how something "ships" digitally then doesn't arrive until the next day. I ordered my 2nd Best Buy card today. The first one took 24 hours to get, looks like this one will be the same. The $10 ebay card came like 30 minutes later.

and the ebay one says more than 91% gone / more than 10 available w/18,291 sold

Smart move.

I'm still waiting for a resolution. I don't often feel entitlement, but I really thing those of us caught up in this should be offered something for the inconvenience. Honestly though, I'd just be happy to have the damn things work and be done with it at this point.

BB store left me a VM 2 hrs ago saying to come back the store when I get a chance and they'll just give me a new $200 BB GC (paid with 2x $100 BB GCs for 8x eBay cards)

 

I'm guessing they finally got the approval to do that from corporate since it doesn't look like they were able to cancel the order or refund the original BB GCs

 

Going to head there in an hour once traffic dies down

 

Edit:

Dropped by the store and the manager gave me the $200 BB GC. They couldn't do anything with the original order since there are no returns on GCs -- the store manager ended up getting approval from a marketing/regional manager to just give me the free GC

I got my original BB gift cards refunded. Glad it's finally over, but why couldn't they have done this days ago? This seems like the logical way to have done this from the beginning.
