Just moved into an apartment for a few months and these are my choices. 

Looking to get opinions on these two providers. I want JUST internet.

I'm looking at 6mbps or 25mbps options because I'd rather not spend too much money.

I use my Xbox One online a lot. Do some streaming/youtube as well.

First thing you need to do is find out if you're in one of the "trial markets" for the Comcast Data Cap.

If you are, Frontier is going to win by default in this case even if Comcast has the better speed and lower price.

 
Get the Comcast Blast Plus or whatever it is called today.  75mbps, HBO and 40 channels for $60 to new customers.  Do you have your own modem and router?

its 50 here, but all you get is a few sports channels and the rest you can pull out of the air for free
