On a limited budget I would go with Fallout 4. I'm more into single player than multiplayer and I imagine that game will have a larger campaign and better story than the other two. If multiplayer mattered more to me, I might choose one of the others.

I guess Halo 5 will probably sell the most copies. I like the Halo series campaigns and story better than Gears but the shitty thing about the new Halo is that it won't have couch splitscreen multiplayer. That pissed a lot of people off.

Halo 5, not a question. Fallout will be great, sure, but Halo will have a lot more longevity to it, thanks to multiplayer and the free map DLC.

Not quite. Fallout 4 will now have mods on the xbox one. Halo 4 will have map DLC and multiplayer to add to the longevity but the modding community of Bethesda games usually last for years.

That's if you're fine replaying a campaign in a bunch of slightly different ways by yourself. I'm not one to replay a story much, if ever. So, the longevity in Fallout stops when I've beaten the game, where as Halo has the ability to constantly challenge me with online play.

Things offered via modding on Fallout 4 on the XBox aren't going to be anywhere near as robust as what you'll be able to get on the PC.
